3. Prices and Payment

4. Delivery

Physical book: Delivery time is typically [10-14 business days] depending on your location. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Digital product (audio book): You will receive access to the link immediately after payment is completed, sent to your email.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delays with shipping carriers).

5. Right of Withdrawal

Physical goods: As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. To withdraw, notify us before the deadline expires (e.g. via email to info@tradesoeasy.com). The item must be returned in substantially the same condition you received it. Return shipping costs are borne by customer — unless otherwise agreed on our website.

Digital content (audio book): The right of withdrawal is waived once you have given explicit consent for delivery of the digital content to begin before the withdrawal period expires, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty / Right to Complain

For physical goods, the standard statutory warranty period applies 24 months from delivery if the item is defective. Contact us, if you experience problems with your order.
